Check-In Information

Mandatory Check-In
Friday, March 19, 2010, from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM at the:

Hilton Garden Inn
3625 Marriott Drive
Bakersfield, CA 93308

All Out of Town teams are encouraged to make the Friday Night Check-In so that it is much easier for you when you arrive at the park on Saturday morning.  However, we do understand if you are driving in n Saturday morning.  Therefore, if you are an out-of-town team and unable to make the Friday check-in, you may request a Saturday check-in one hour prior to your first game by sending an e-mail to vicepresident@bgsl-ca.org by Wednesday, March 17, 2010.

If your team was required to obtain travel papers, you will need to furnish them at check-in.

This year there is one Official Game Card for each game with both teams information on each card.  The home team is listed first on the schedule and will be responsible for picking up the game card for their scheduled game at the Tournament Headquarters building one hour prior to the scheduled game.  This also includes any Semi-Finals, Finals, and Consolation games that may be scheduled for your division(s).

After each scheduled game, the Official Game Cards will be picked up from the Referees by a Field Monitor or Tournament Official and delivered back to the Tournament Headquarters Building for processing.
